1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or enrolling in courses on Stocks Insights by Priti Rathod, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & License

All videos, PDFs, trading templates, and live webinar streams provided on Stocks Insights are the intellectual property of Priti Rathod. Enrolled students receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view materials for educational purposes only. Unauthorized recording, downloading, resale, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct & Account Access

Each user account is strictly intended for single-user consumption. Account sharing, credential pooling, or scraping platform content will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Course fees are processed securely. Due to immediate access granted to premium video resources and strategy documents, refunds are subject to our standard course cancellation guidelines outlined during checkout.
